- Items must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Reason for Return
- Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

- The item does not meet your expectations (within the return period and condition).
Process for Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at wecare@wearpawsitive.com with the following details:
- Order number.
- Reason for return.
- Photo evidence (if the item is damaged or defective).
Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Process for Refund
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exclusions
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
