Spotlight Contest Official Rules & Terms

WearPawsitive Summer Spotlight Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

This Contest is open only to those who register at [https://wearpawsitive.com/summer-spotlight] and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of WearPawsitive LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By participating, you (“Contestant”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules. You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and accept the decisions of WearPawsitive as final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

Entries will be accepted starting on July 4, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ending August 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.

The Contest must be entered by first completing the registration form at [https://wearpawsitive.com/spotlight]. Once registered, participants will receive instructions to complete their entry by one of two methods:

Entry Method A – Pre-Order Entry (50 Spots Available)

1. Purchase any WearPawsitive Summer Bundle
    
2. Submit a photo of you and your dog in matching outfits
    
3. Include a caption answering: “What does luxury mean to you and your dog?”
    
4. Provide your order number or receipt as proof of purchase
   

Entry Method B – Free Postcard Entry (50 Spots Available)

1. Mail a photo of you and your dog (matching outfits optional)
    
2. Include a handwritten response to: “What does luxury mean to you and your dog?” and Contact details
    
3. Mail to:

   Postcards must be postmarked by August 17, 2025 and received no later than August 21, 2025
    

Only the first 100 valid registrants will be considered: 50 pre-order entries and 50 postcard entries.

From the 100 total entries, 75 finalists will be selected by the WearPawsitive team based on:

• Photo quality (33%)
   
• Creativity (33%)
   
• Caption resonance and emotional impact (34%)
   

The 75 finalists will be placed in a public voting gallery. Public votes may influence visibility, but the final top 3 winners will be selected by WearPawsitive based on the same judging criteria.

First Place (1 Winner):

• One round-trip flight ticket to Iceland
   
• Approximate retail value: $1,200
  Accommodation, meals, and travel-related expenses are not included
   

Second Place (1 Winner):

• $200 WearPawsitive Gift Card
   

Third Place (1 Winner):

• $100 WearPawsitive Gift Card
   

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Any prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via email or Instagram DM within five (5) days after final judging. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected. WearPawsitive is not responsible for email or DM filtering, spam settings, or incorrect contact information provided by participants.

By entering, you grant WearPawsitive LLC and its affiliates the unrestricted right to use your name, entry, likeness, Instagram handle, photo, and caption in any promotional materials, in perpetuity and worldwide, without additional compensation. You confirm that your entry is original and does not infringe on any third party’s rights.

WearPawsitive LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any factor interferes with its integrity or fairness. Entries may be disqualified for tampering, fraud, or violation of the rules. Multiple entries using different identities or methods to manipulate the system may result in disqualification.

WearPawsitive reserves the right to void votes and disqualify entrants for any reason, including but not limited to: vote manipulation, bot activity, use of false information, or other unfair behavior.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless WearPawsitive LLC and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Delaware. No class action shall be permitted.

Information collected through this contest is governed by WearPawsitive’s Privacy Policy, available at [https://wearpawsitive.com/privacy-policy]. Your information will only be used to administer the contest and communicate with you about the campaign.
